Default SIN Elite Skills > PvE

I heard that [skill]Moebius Strike[/skill] was the best and only way to go in PvE, but it came to me that [skill]Flashing Blades[/skill] and [skill]Way of the Empty Palm[/skill] can give outstanding advantages through-out PvE.

Best assassin elite for PvE please? Help me because I don't want to invest in something that will clearly not get the job done.

Moebius is such a fun skill to run in PvE.

Flashing blades is crap. If you have melee attacking you so much you need to waste your elite slot on a block, you're doing something wrong. Way of the empty palm isn't all that great because with critical hits and zealous daggers you shouldn't have any problems with energy. Moebius strike is a great skill to use, it's probably the most common elite on a pve sin.

I don't usually use moebius, in PvE things all too often die before I get to use a second death blossom.

I usually use a simple unblockable fast recharging attack chain with [wiki]critical strike[/wiki] as energy management.

I use [wiki]beguiling haze[/wiki] as elite quite often. Daze + shadow step in one is a nice combo.

Moebius Strike + Death blossom + Critical defence + Critical agility is definitely the way to go in Pve. Especially in HM where you won't always be able to take down mobs with one chain, you'll need to have a quick relaoding chain and decent defence.

Shattering Assault is fun on bosses with multiple enchantments.

Well, i was using Assassins Promise ALOT lately, then they changed Black Lotus Strike from Off-Hand To Lead and kill my chain >.<
And no it wasnt a noob spiker build, kind of a modded Impaler Build, man Vampric Assault pwns ^_^
Flashing Blades is a good starter Elite to give a little lee-way when learning the hit and run style of Assassins, AoD also is a good elite

Moebius strike and Assassins promise is the only two elites you will ever really need for PVE. If your facing lv.28 monsters that really cant be spiked then run a moebius+DB build that can throw out lots of aoe dmg, if your facing lv.20-25 monsters that should easily be able to be spiked then a assassins promise build will probably work best.
